Winford Keith Harp, 75, of Camby, Indiana passed away May 12, 2019. He was born October 2, 1943 in Williamsburg, Kentucky to Ulysus Burnett “U.B.” and Nellie Harp.

He was a graduate of Rockhold High School in Kentucky. On October 2, 1963, Winford joined the United States Army where he dutifully served as a Specialist 5th Class until his honorable discharge on October 2, 1967. During his enlistment, he earned the Good Conduct Medal, Marksman (Rifle M-14) Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal. He married Beverly J. He also enjoyed reading, woodworking, and gardening but most of all he loved the Lord. He was an ordained deacon who faithfully served his church and community for many years. Being a faithful, kind and loving man is how Winford wanted to be remembered. He was mild tempered and always showed respect to others, and loved leading others to Jesus.  He truly left the world a better place by his mere presence.
