Willie Capps

86 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on January 17, 2025. Willie was born on July 3, 1938, in Brookesville, Kentucky to the late Willie and Lucille Capps. He was retired from United Technology Carrier. After retiring he worked as a security guard for Simon Properties. He was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years Barbara Fancher Capps, sister Nan Childers and his parents. He is survived by his children Vicky (Tom) Woods, Willie (Lynda) Capps, Jr., Kathy (Mark) Boelke and Christopher (Conni) Capps, brother Clifford Capps, eight grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
