William Jay "Billy" Vandenberg

William J. “Billy” Vandenberg, 59, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 21, 2017. He was born on March 5, 1958 in Cheverly, Maryland.

Billy worked for Glenmark Construction as a carpenter for many years before he retired. He enjoyed camping, traveling and spending time with his family.

Billy is survived by his son, Nicholas Godbey; longtime companion, Denelda Parmer; longtime caregiver, Father Murphy; grandchildren, Makalie, Samiya and Baby Cece; and many loving friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 30^th, 2017 from 11am until 3pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3pm also at the funeral center.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 6100 W. 96^th Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46077. Contribution envelopes will be available at the funeral center during service times.
