William Harvey Ragan

William Harvey Ragan 98 of Indianapolis formerly Speedway died on October 09, 2017. Harvey was born on January 1st, 1919 in Indianapolis to Foster Urban and Mary Edith (Merritt) Ragan. Harvey served our country proudly in the US Air Force. Harvey was preceded in death by his wife Mary (Angleton) Ragan and their son William Harvey Ragan II and 4 siblings. Harvey was a member of the Englewood Masonic Lodge #715 F & AM. He was also a member of the Model T Ford Club of America and 500 Model T Club Chapter. Calling will be held on Thursday October 12, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan-Speedway from 4 to 8 pm with a Masonic Service at 7 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday October 13, 2017 at 11 am. Harvey is survived by his daughter Ann Ragan (Mark) Tudor and his grandchildren Victoria and Michael Tudor. Burial; Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be given to either Riley Children’s Hospital for the compassion and care in honor of their son who died at the age of 3 years old William Harvey Ragan II or Indiana Honor Flight.
