William Calvin Arms

80, of Indianapolis passed away on February 17, 2021. He was born on August 19, 1940 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky as the son of Clarence and Jennie Arms.

William was a long-time member of Brownsburg Baptist Church. He was a devoted fan of all sports but particularly loved IU Athletics, Colts, NASCAR, and golf. More than anything he loved his family. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

William is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy Arms; parents; and siblings.

William is survived by his children: Belinda (Greg) Thacker, Rob (Nedra) Waggoner, Patricia (Richard) Love; Linda (John) Seber; grandchildren: Taryn (Sandy) Thacker, Braden (Cori) Thacker, Darren Waggoner, Ross (Meghan) Waggoner, Staci Seber; 4 great grandchildren: caregivers: Karen Roe, Randy Cotton; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 12noon to 1pm at Brownsburg Baptist Church – 3331 N. County Road 900 E., Brownsburg, IN 46112. A funeral service will follow at 1pm, also at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to Riley Hospital for Children, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, or Wheeler Mission.
