William Arthur Widgery

William “Arthur” Widgery, 81, of Indianapolis, was graciously taken into the hands of our Lord May 28th, 2018. He was born in Atlanta Georgia on March 31st, 1937. Arthur was retired from Developmental Natural Resources of which he was founder and C.E.O. for over 25 years. His pursuit and perseverance for alternative solutions to medicine gave birth to his quality of life products that helped hundreds of people in need. He was a member of Toastmasters International and was founder and President of Duluth Minnesota’s first club. Mentoring young people to excel in personal achievements and starting their own businesses was his passion. Even when retired, he never stopped teaching. He was survived by his loving wife Isora “Glynne” Herrington Widgery for a wonderful 63 years; his three devoted children, William Arthur (Artie) Widgery Jr., Kenneth (Ken) Allen Widgery and Anthony (Tony) Owen Widgery along with five grandchildren, Jason David Widgery, Jennifer Nichole Widgery Corkwell, Monica Lynn Ross, Katrina Hope Widgery and William Thomas Widgery with many great grandchildren. His kind, loving and giving spirit will always remain in the hearts and minds of his family, friends and the people he helped. “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
