Virginia Rose Zeigler

Virginia Rose (Fox) Zeigler, 87, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on October 23, 2021. She was born December 13, 1933 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Charles Cortez and Matilda (Wahlburga) Fox. Virginia was a Clerk for the United States Postal Service for many years prior to retiring. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children, Stephen Zeigler, Brian Zeigler, Michael Zeigler, 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and her brother, Paul Fox. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, John Zeigler, her daughter-in-law and grandson. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 28, 2021 1PM at St. Ann Catholic Church, 6350 S. Mooresville Road Indianapolis, IN with visitation on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 5-8 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Decatur Township. Prayers at 12:20 PM, on Thursday prior to departing for the church at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest immediately following mass at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Strike Out Type 1 Diabetes.
