Virginia L. O'Neal

Virginia L. O’Neal, 93, of Indianapolis, IN passed away September 21, 2021. She was born on January 11, 1928 in Lewisville, Indiana to the late Luther Carter and Ruby (Bastin) Reed.  She was a member of Seerley Creek Christian Church. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. Virginia is survived by her children, Randall C. (Mary Ellen) O’Neal and Donna Berger, 7 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren, and her brothers, Morris (Pat) Carter and Ronald (Bonnie) Carter. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert O’Neal, daughter, Pamela O’Neal and her sister, Joan Stewart. Services will be held at 1 :00 PM on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Flanner Buchanan – Decatur Township with visitation there from 11:00 Am-1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest at Nebo Memorial Park, Martinsville, IN.
