Virginia B. Cullom

Virginia Belle (Jarrett) Cullom, age 90, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on July 23, 2018. Virginia was born in Indianapolis, IN on September 24, 1927 to her parents, Raymond I. and Ruby L. (Troutman) Jarrett.

Virginia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was an elegant lady with a strong faith. She was kind and compassionate and her loving spirit and caring nature were observed by all who knew and loved her. In her health, Virginia enjoyed shopping, playing cards and spending time with family and friends.

Virginia will be lovingly missed by her son, Louis Steven Cullom (wife, Nancy); grandchildren: Holly Pieklo (Brian) and Matthew Cullom; great-grandchildren: Addison Cullom and Evan and Maddox Pieklo; and niece, Cheri Shaftstall.

Virginia was preceded in death by both parents; her husband, William H. “Bill” Cullom; son, Robert Cullom; and sister, Jean Bright.

Funeral services will be held privately. The family asks that Virginia’s family and friends honor her memory by taking a moment to reflect and say a prayer for her and her family.
