Tyrone D’Juan Evans was born to Ronical Harris and Charles Evans on February 21, 1981, in Gary Indiana. He took his eternal rest on November 24, 2019. Tyrone was baptized at the young age of 7 months at Holy Rosary Church in Gary, IN. He was proceeded in death by his great-grandmother Artella Harris, grandmothers Mildred Harris and Annie Jewel Evans. Tyrone attended Theodore Roosevelt High School in Gary, IN.
Tyrone had a genuine love and passion for basketball. He enjoyed playing baseball, pool, chess, and his daddy/daughter dates with his only child, Aiyana. Most of all, he loved his family and family times. Ty, as he was called by those who loved him, was a strong, fearless leader who lived life to the fullest. Throughout his career life, he was a hard & dedicated worker for Pepsi, Cliff Bar, and his current employer United States Postal Services as well as an entrepreneur to name a few.

Nieces and nephews; Dareyona, Makaila, Darrell, Micah, Albert, Mykel, Mekhi, Rih’Miya, Mariah, Alyssa, Mason, Madison, and Ava. Aunts; Dana Evans, Kim Evans and Latonya Shuler all of Indianapolis, IN. Vera Foster of Michigan City, IN and Uncles Patrick (Janice) Harris of Merrillville, IN and Reginald Evans of Indianapolis, IN. A host of great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and friends.
