Ty Sawyer Lee Brown

Ty Sawyer Lee Brown, 20 of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday September 2, 2019. He was born on December 15, 1998 in Danville, Illinois to Jennifer Beadles and Kevin Brown.

Ty enjoyed nothing more than to be outside, hiking, and getting lost in nature. Ty was also a huge sports fan, avidly supporting the Green Bay Packers, and all things Butler Bulldogs. Ty has always been known as being extremely intelligent, and kind.  Seeking a degree in International Relations, Ty attended Butler University on a full ride scholarship, where he met an abundance of new friends. Ty’s spirit will be missed by all who had the opportunity to meet him.

Ty is survived by mother, Jennifer (Kelley) Beadles; father, Kevin (Deanna) Brown; brothers, Ziyad, Caleb, Thomas, and Nathan; sisters, Sarah, Haley, Olivia, Ellen, Alexis, and Eryn; niece, Laila; and grandparents, Connie and Rick Loschen, Bill Miller, and Bob and Jane Beadles and aunt, Cathy Sledge. Ty is preceded in passing by his grandparents, Orville and Darlene Brown.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Ty’s memory from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday September 7, 2019 at The American Legion (6379 North College Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220). After sharing memories, everybody is invited to the house for more time together (6002 Guilford Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220).  Please bring your own lawn chairs and beverages.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Butler’s Tuition Guarantee (Note: Tuition Guarantee Scholarship in “Notes for ‘Other'”).
