Troy J. Tingle, 54, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on February 06, 2018 after a lengthy illness. He was born August 26, 1963 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Daniel B. and Beverly J. Tingle (Selzer), the youngest of his 4 siblings.
Family remembers Troy as a smart, quick-witted, modest man who was most often seen sporting sweatpants and a Bengals ballcap. He graduated from Eminence High School in 1981 and was employed as a forklift driver for Wal-Mart at their Greencastle, Indiana distribution center for 21 years before his retirement. He loved muscle cars, NASCAR, the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cincinnati Reds.
Troy was predeceased by his father Daniel. Surviving to cherish his memory are his mother, Beverly; siblings, Dody Tingle, Diana (Dale) Henson, Daniel (Kim) Tingle, Donna (James) Kukman; niece and nephews, Ryan Scott, Amy Foxworthy, Brandon Kukman; great niece and nephews, Cade Scott, Corbin Flowers, Wyatt Scott, Lucy Foxworthy, as well as a host of loving friends.
A memorial gathering will take place Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 11-1 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Decatur Township, 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46221. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society of Morgan County, 690 W Mitchell Ave, Martinsville, IN 46151.
