It is with great sorrow and heartbreak that our family shares that Trinity Noel Clements, 13, of Plainfield, Indiana passed from this life on December 13, 2022, at Riley Hospital for Children.
Trinity was born in Carmel, Indiana on January 9, 2009. She spent every day of her life as a shining light to all those around her. Her favorite title was Sister, and she executed the role with perfection and grace. Trinity had a love for music, art, anime, fashion, helping others, spending time with her friends and family, and most of all, laughing. Her laugh was as infectious as her smile. Affectionately known as “Guppy” by her closest friends, she was as witty and brilliant as she was empathetic and kind. As a final testament to her beautiful and selfless spirit, Trinity gave others the gift of life by being an Organ Donor Hero. A Hero Walk was held for her at Riley Hospital on December 15, 2022, at which the number of lives she affected was apparent by the hallways filled with loved ones who wished to honor her. She will be indescribably missed.
Trinity leaves behind a very large family for whom she had the ultimate love, including her father, Derick Clements, step-mother Alicia (Schubert) Clements; siblings Selah Clements, Judah Clements, Poet Clements, Sawyer Melban, Beckett Melban, Avonlea Melban, Sadie Allen, and Emery Allen; maternal grandparents David and Treva Hurt, Chris and Jeanette Skinner, Robert and Dawn Schubert; paternal grandparents Jay and Vicki (Clements) Deaver; uncle Aaron Clements, aunt Crystal (Skinner) Holtzclaw, aunt Brittany Skinner, uncle Zach Skinner, aunt Jen DeMaris, aunt Danielle Buckley, uncle Andrew Schubert, aunt Anna Schubert; as well as a plethora of extended family members and close friends. Trinity was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Allan B. Clements, and mother, Shonda Kay (Skinner) Clements, with whom she can now share much time and love.
There are no services planned at this time, but we ask that you keep the entire Clements family in your thoughts and prayers. The family expresses our utmost gratitude for the support and compassion that has been extended to us during this time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township is assisting the family with these arrangements.
