Treasa Elaine Branstetter

Treasa Branstetter, of Lafayette, IN was a loving mother, daughter, sister, companion, and friend, who peacefully passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 65. Treasa was born on October 17, 1959, in Frankfort, IN, to the late Earl Everett Sharp and Phyllis Maxine (Green) Sharp.

Treasa was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Earl Sharp, Jr., and her sister, Deb Sharp. She is survived by her devoted companion, Robert Branstetter; son, Seth Branstetter (Haven); daughter, Kerri Sharp (Matt); grandson, Saint Mavrik Branstetter; and her loving siblings: Vicki Saur (Larry) of Michigan Town, IN; Terri Bell of Lebanon, IN; Tracy Ketter of Lebanon, IN; Sherri Mullett (Bill) of Lebanon, MO; and Mark Sharp (Lori) of Lebanon, MO, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.

Treasa was a dedicated pharmacy technician, and a server at Golden Corral and found joy in the small things, especially traveling. She had a special fondness for Walt Disney World and the Caribbean, often sharing these adventures with those she loved. In her younger years, Treasa was an enthusiastic cheerleader, always full of energy and positivity. She also had a special place in her heart for animals, particularly her beloved dachshunds, Charlie and Slinky.

Her greatest joy, however, came from her family. Treasa was a constant source of love, encouragement, and support. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel valued and loved, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Meadow View Cemetery, 3733 Poland Hill Road, Lafayette, IN 47909.
