Tracy Shelly Lipps

Tracy Shelly (Nefouse) Lipps, 58, of Indianapolis passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021.  Shelly was born on April 13, 1962 in Indianapolis to the late Solomon and Angela (Nahimas) Nefouse.  She was also preceded in death by her brother, Lonnie Nefouse.  Shelly will be remembered for her infectious smile and laugh and her outgoing personality, her love of her dog(s), being in the great outdoors and in her garden.

Calling will be held on Monday, April 05, 2021 at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park North from Noon to 1 pm with funeral services to immediately follow.  Shelly is survived by her loving husband, John David Lipps; sons, Daniel “Danny” Lipps and Ryan (Laura) Lipps; her two beautiful grandchildren, Oliver and Luna Lipps; and her siblings: Paul (Julie) Nefouse, Greg (Barbara) Nefouse, Alan Nefouse, Eddie (Amy) Nefouse, and her twin sister, Kelly (Steve) Bodner.  Entombment will be in Washington Park North Cemetery.  Due to World Crisis all mandates will be honored.  Please visit www.flannerbuchanan.com to share a condolence.
