Mr. Tony Theyssen

Mr. Tony Theyssen, 74, passed away February 20th, 2025. He was born April 2nd, 1950, to parents Karl and Jacqueline (Mitchell) Theyssen. 

Tony was a lifelong Indianapolis resident and graduated from Arlington High School. 

He continued his education at Purdue University, earning his Mechanical Engineering degree. He remained a devout Purdue fan, watching their games on TV and arguing with any IU fan he met. 

A very hard worker, Tony was the co-owner of AAA Heating. 

Tony came from a long line of hardheadedness. He was strong, intelligent, opinionated and when he wanted to be—a gentleman. Tony loved to fish and was an avid golfer. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and sharing his life with his long-term partner, Patricia Piggott. 

Tony is survived by his significant other Patricia Piggott; his siblings Terry (Marsha) Theyssen, Donna (Ron) Sobecki, and Patricia Arvin; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother Doyle Theyssen and sister Linda Hoagan. 

Visitation for Tony will be Saturday March 1st, from 9-11am at Flanner Buchanan Memorial Park. His funeral will begin at 11am. A reception of food and fellowship will follow his service. He will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
