Tommy "Buck" Robert Whiteman

It is with a heavy heart that we share, Tommy “Buck” R. Whiteman passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at the age of 54, after suffering a sudden stroke on May 7, 2020. We are saddened by this loss and miss him dearly.

Buck was born to parents Judy Whiteman and Tom Whiteman on January 17, 1966 in Indianapolis, IN. Throughout his life, Buck could always be counted on to know his way around anything that needed fixing. Those that knew him, quickly came to understand that he would always be there to lend a hand, and be quick with a knowing smile.

Whether turning wrenches on countless vehicles or turning the throttle on a motorcycle, he could most often be found, on, in, or under the hood of any number of vehicles or machines—either helping friends, for a living, or pursuing it as a hobby all it’s own. He had a natural knack for all things mechanical.

Buck is survived by his sisters, Tammy Thomas and Lisa Neiswinger, his brothers Tommy W. Whiteman and Scott Whiteman, and many loved ones and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Judy Whiteman and Tom Whiteman, and his youngest sister Jodie Shirley.
