Timothy Lee Sheets

Timothy Lee Sheets, age 67 of Indianapolis, passed away January 1, 2018. He was born September 26, 1950 in Indianapolis, IN. Tim graduated from Tech High School and served in the US Army. He was a Door Gunner with the 1ST Cavalry and served two tours in Viet Nam and attained the rank of E-5. He received a Bronze Star among other medals for his service. He retired from IU Health Methodist Hospital where he worked as an HVAC Tech for over 30 years. Tim loved spending time with his family and was an avid fisherman. He was also a Jeep enthusiast. He loved vacationing, Sanibel Island and Disney.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Judith, his daughter, Tammy Hardebeck and sons, Jason Sheets and Zachary Sheets. Surviving to cherish his memory are his children, Chris (Tina) Sheets, Michele (Jay) Colbert, Scott (Lara) Morgan and Amy (Adam) Demske, son-in-law, David Hardebeck, his brothers, Pat (Monika) Sheets, Danny (Celeste) Sheets and Andy (Angela) Sheets and his grandchildren, Jesse and Madeleine Colbert, Alexis and Kaitlyn Morgan and Mary Hardebeck.
