Tiffani Garrett-Barron

TIFFANI LAUREN GARRETT-BARRON, 42 of Indianapolis passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024, in Newburgh, Indiana. Tiffani was the beloved firstborn of Larry Garrett and Cassandra Purcell on May 15, 1982.

Tiffani’s early years were filled with diverse experiences, including child modeling and being an active Girl Scout. She graduated from North Central High School and continued her education at IUPUI, where she majored in accounting.

A born-again Christian, Tiffani dedicated herself to studying the word of God and making positive changes in her life. Despite facing many trials, her resilience and determination were evident to all who knew her.

Tiffani is survived by her loving partner, Brian; her father and stepmother, Larry (Deloris) Garrett; her grandmothers, Ethel O’Neal and Mary Garrett; her sisters, Contessa (Krystal) Devine, Chrystal (Julian) Scruggs, and Yolanda King; her brothers, Isaiah Burrus and Jack (Chloe) Purcell; her eight adored children; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Airymei Douglas; her mother; her grandfather, Frank Garrett Sr.; her uncle, Frenard O’Neal; and her aunt, Patricia Garrett.

Tiffani’s legacy of love and faith will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
