Thomas Edwin Turner, Jr., 65, Lincoln, NE, died July 19, 2021. He was born September 29, 1955, in Indianapolis, IN to Thomas E. (Minnie Marie) Turner, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Janet Dawson; and his niece, Beth Sprude.

He is survived by his sister, Margaret (John) Sprude, Lincoln, NE; nieces and nephews, Frank Sprude, Newark, IL; William Dawson, James Dawson, Indianapolis, IN; Alicia Bloomfield, Greenfield, IN; and Megan Dawson, Indianapolis, IN; great-nieces and great-nephews including Thomas Kalnins, Riley Kalnins, Lincoln, NE; and Gwen Sprude, Newark, IL.

A memorial service will be held August 7, 2021, 1:30pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2110 Sheridan Blvd., Lincoln, NE, where Tom was a member.  Rev. Chris Peters will be officiating.

A further service and entombment will be held August 28, 2021, 11:00 am at Flanner and Buchanan Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd, Indianapolis, IN.
