Theodore R. ‘Tinkerbug’ Walton, Jr., 73, Winter Park, Florida, formerly of Indianapolis, died April 10.
He was the owner of Shorty’s Bike Shop for 35 years, retiring in 1981.
Mr. Walton was a Navy veteran of World War II.
