Thelma “TR” Lee Rumford, 89, passed away April 9, 2021 at Otterbein Franklin SeniorLife Community in Franklin, IN. She was born on December 29, 1931 in Indianapolis, IN to the late George Whistler and Nettie Leone (Stutsman) Amos.
