Terry Coyne

Terry Coyne, 66, Indianapolis, departed this life on August 15, 2016. He was born December 6, 1949 in Painesville, OH, the son of Kenneth William and Patricia Ann (Maitland) Coyne. Terry was the property master for the Indiana Repertory Theater for many years. He also worked for Exciting Lighting, and was formerly the property maintenance manager at Holy Spirit Catholic Church and School on the Eastside. Terry was quite the handyman and carpenter. He loved Ohio State and Cleveland Browns football. On May 21, 1988, Terry married Jane (Tweed) Coyne in Madison, OH, and she survives. He is also survived by his aunt, Jackie Cicconetti; his siblings, Tim Coyne (Hester), Cindy Bartish, Cheryl Fronk, Butch Coyne (Kris), Judy Coyne (Mario), Kenny Coyne, and John Coyne; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Denny Coyne, his aunt, Sister Mary Reean Coyne, SND, his nephew, Doug Coyne, his niece, Emily Coyne, and his sister-in-law, Chris Coyne. A celebration of Terry’s life will be on Saturday, August 20 at 11 AM at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Boulevard West Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46228, with visitation from 10-11 AM. Natural burial will be in Glen Forest Cemetery in Yellow Springs, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Wheeler Mission, 205 E. New York Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
