Terri Lynn Parker

Terri Lynn (Qualkenbush) Parker, age 67 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Sunday evening, November 10, 2024.

Terri was born on September 5, 1957 in Indianapolis, to parents Elza “Clifford” and Bonnie Mae (Myers) Qualkenbush. Her parents have preceded her in death.

She married Richard Parker on July 2, 1977 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is survived by her husband of 47 years: Richard Parker of Indianapolis, Indiana.

 She is survived by her children: Michael Parker (Heather Parker), Amber Fairbanks (Jacob Fairbanks), Richard Parker Jr. (Christina Parker), and Jennifer Moore (Steven Moore Jr).

Grandchildren: Kaila Wells(Tony Wells), Steven Wesley Moore, Joshua Moore, Gaven Moore, Caitlin Sayers(Adlai Sayers Jr), Abigail Aldrich(Aaron Aldrich), Michael Parker Jr(Sydney Parker), Victoria Harris(Kenneth Harris), Zachary Parker(Makenna Parker), Stockton Repischak. Ethan Fairbanks, Aidan Fairbanks, Julian Fairbanks, and Tristan Fairbanks.

Great Grandchildren: Tytus Killion, Eli Killion, Bryson Wells, Gunner Wells, Waylon Wells, Amelia Sayers, Abel Sayers, Arlen Sayers, Landon Aldrich, Charlie Aldrich, Skyler Aldrich, Kallie Aldrich, Keegan Harris, Ezekiel Harris, Scarlet Harris, and Nolan Parker.

Terri graduated from Pendleton Heights in the class of 1975.  She worked at Jenn Air for 19 years, National Starch for 25 years, and Mitchell & Scott for two years.

Terri loved to sew, crocheted and belonged to the American Quilters Society. One of her passions was going on quilt trips with her three quilty friends!

She was a member of Lawrence Church Of God for over 45 years. She was a women of strong faith.

Terri was the best Mom, Mamaw and Great Mamaw ever!!

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East Funeral Center, located at 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46229.

An additional visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, also at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East Funeral Center.

Her funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM. 

Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
