Telitha Y. Patton

Telitha Y. Patton was born to the late George S. Moore and Sarah J. Anthony in Canton, Ohio on Saturday March 18th, 1950.

Telitha graduated from McKinley High School in 1968. Her passion for caring for and helping others led her into the healthcare field where she found her calling as a cardiology technician. She truly cared about people and wanted to give a helping hand however she could. She would tell you, “I will feed you and let to stay at least one night but I don’t have any money for you.” Telitha moved to Indianapolis in 1990, where she continued to reside, eventually retiring from St. Vincent Hospital.

Telitha lived 70 years 44 weeks and 5 days. She went on to rest on Monday, January 25th, 2021. Telitha was preceded in death by her daughter Tracy McLay, father George S Moore, and her brother Tyree Anthony.

Telitha leaves behind to cherish her memories; husband, Reno Patton; mother, Sara Anthony; son, Dwight Woodland (Suzanne); her baby, Amia Hall; step-daughter, Jasmine Phillips; stepson, Reno Patton Jr. She also leaves behind 5 brothers and one sister. Telitha, known as nana and GG, was blessed with 12 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren, all of who she loved and adored. Telitha also leaves behind a lot of nieces, nephews, cousins and many foster children who she raised and loved as her very own. Telitha was a very loving woman to all she came in contact with. Telitha will truly be missed by many.
