Tara Leigh Strahl

Tara Leigh Strahl, 45, of Indianapolis, Indiana, went to her eternal home on November 10, 2024. She was born in Indianapolis to William “Bill” and Peggy (Mason) Strahl. 

Those who knew Tara will remember her for her infectious smile and overwhelming laughter, and most of all, her overabundant energy.

Tara was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. For as long as her family can remember, she was always the kind of person to help whenever she could. Whether it was something as simple as listening, or as big as cooking meals and cleaning houses; she was always there, ready to help. She was so much more than that, though! She was someone who loved being outdoors, and getting to the garden was one of her favorite things to do. She also loved her arts and crafts and believed she could DIY anything – honestly anything! Tara was a very passionate person who loved to experience new things and be surrounded by those she loved because that always made the experiences more memorable for her. She will live in the hearts of everyone who knew her, forever.

Tara is survived by her partner, Brett; her children: Camryn, Chloe, and Chandler; and her sisters: Traci and Jessica. She also leaves behind aunts and uncles that adored her dearly.

A Celebration of Life service to honor Tara Leigh Strahl will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Fairfield Inn, 10495 Crosspoint Blvd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46256.
