Susan Jane Brewer

Noblesville, Indiana

Susan Jane Brewer, 89, of Noblesville passed away peacefully at her home November 22, 2022.  She was born December 10, 1932, in Greenville, Ohio the daughter of the late William Edward “Eddie” and Dorothy (Coppock) Hole.  She married Richard L. “Dick” Brewer on June 17, 1956.  He preceded her in passing on March 14, 2009, after almost 53 years of marriage.

Susan received her Associate’s Degree from Earlham College.  She was an avid bowler and golfer, but above all else she was a loving and dedicated wife and mother.

She is survived by her son, Richard S. “Scott” (Karen) Brewer of Noblesville; daughter, Kathy (Bruce) Bidwell of Livermore, CA; grandson, Bryan (Jenna) Bidwell of Pleasanton, CA; great granddaughter, Rowan; sister, Barbara Hole Brewer of Tipp City, OH; and long-time caregiver and friend, Kim Keefer.  She was preceded in passing by a sister, Jean Louise Hole Thieme; and a brother, William Edward Hole Jr.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2022 at Flanner Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park (Prairie Waters), 4180 Westfield Road.  A catered reception will follow the services at Prairie Waters.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Woodland Christmas Club for Needy Children or to Cats Haven Ltd.  Online condolences may be shared by visiting www.flannerbuchanan.com.
