Steven Keith Griffith

Steven Keith Griffith passed away February 3, 2020 in Melbourne, FL at the age of 62.

Steven was born May 25, 1957 to the late Conrad and Patricia Griffith in Lafayette, IN. He graduated from Shakamak High School in 1975.  He was a lifeguard at Shakamak several summers.  He went on to serve his country for 23 years in the US Air Force.  He most recently worked as a Safety Consultant for Safety Management Group in Indianapolis.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl Linton Griffith; children Justin Griffith, Matthew (Tara) Griffith, and Ashley Griffith; step-children Jacob (Shoko) Whitaker and Zachary (Lindsay) Whitaker; grandchildren Kennedy Griffith, Stefan Whitaker, Conrad Griffith, Zalyn Whitaker, Eloise Griffith, Arabella Whitaker, and Nora Whitaker; sister Connie (Tim) Burke; and brothers Greg (Tammy) Griffith and Doug (Denia) Griffith. He was also a loved nephew, uncle, cousin, coworker, and friend.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 15 from 10 AM to 1 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Geist, 7855 Cork Rd, Indianapolis with Funeral Services beginning at 1 PM.  Burial with full military honors will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
