Steven E. Cain

Steven E. Cain, 72 of Carmel, passed away on Tuesday December 9, 2019. He was born on March 27, 1947 in Milford, Indiana to the late Hubert and Anna Wise Cain.

Steve is survived by his children, Angie (Eric) Adams, and Andy (Ashley) Cain; grandchildren, Ellie, Maggie, Mia, Luke, Elijah, and Mariah; sister Sandy (Jerry) and a large circle of friends. He is preceded in passing by his wife, Mary Kathryn “Katie” Cain.

Steve loved golf, watching football and basketball, grilling, and spending time with family and friends. He adored his grandchildren and was a great encourager to all. His sense of humor and wise advice will be greatly missed.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Monday December 16, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Flanner Buchanan – Carmel (325 East Carmel Drive, Carmel, Indiana 46032), where a  funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Westfield. Steven’s family would like to invite everyone to join them at Woody’s Library Restaurant in Carmel after the services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Care Center.
