Services will be held at 11:30 am Monday, November 22 at St. Joseph Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
Stephen is survived by his siblings, Peter (wife, Olga) Lewkowicz, JoAnn Holley and Michael Lewkowicz; several nieces and nephews.
