Stephen James “Steve” Rayl

19, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017. Steve was born in Ft. Wayne, IN on October 26, 1997 to parents Roger E. and Nancy J. Rayl. He was a graduate of St. Lawrence Catholic School and 2016 graduate of Bishop Chatard High School. He loved soccer, especially Manchester United, and Dr. Who. He was a Boy Scout; achieving Firecrafter and Life Scout.

Steve is survived by his parents, Roger and Nancy; brothers, Benjamin and Christopher Rayl; sisters, Cathy Williams and Emily (Bryan) Elrod; and his nephews, James and Alex.

Friends may call from 5pm until 8pm on Friday, October 6, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Saturday, October 7th at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 6944 East 46th St, Indianapolis, where additional calling will be held from 9am until the mass time. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
