Stanton A. "Stan" Love

Stanton A. “Stan” Love, 87, passed away June 18, 2022. He was born May 19, 1935, in Barberton, Ohio to Arthur Estle & Zita Cecelia (Lowery) Love.

During his lifetime, he had a long career in the healthcare industry beginning as a Medical Technologist and progressed to healthcare center administration. He opened and managed several healthcare centers which provided the opportunity to live in Ohio, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Indiana. Later in his career, he worked for IU Medical Center and the Cleveland Clinic before retiring in the Indianapolis area.

His hobbies included private pilot, board games, chess, and traveling which included his favorite locations in Florida, Cape Cod, and Branson, Missouri. Stan enjoyed watching college basketball, auto racing, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Marilyn (Battig) of 67 years; his sons Timothy Love, Ronald Love, Gregory (Lisa) Love, and Jay (Tina) Love; and his brother Don Love. He was preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.
