Stacia “Stacey” Colombe, 51, of Carmel passed away July 29, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. She was born November 29, 1970, in Indianapolis, the daughter of John and Sandra (Gasaway) Peters.
After graduation from Carmel High School, she went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. After interning with Voice of America in Washington, D.C. she returned to Indiana to work for several businesses, until she became Brand Manager at Anthem and later Employment Brand and Diversity Specialist for Zurich Insurance Company.
Though always successful in her career, she was a devoted Mother to her surviving son, Holden Colombe. She is also survived by, and greatly missed, by her parents; brother, Kent (Susannah) Peters; niece, Kate Peters; and nephew, Ellis Peters.

Memorial services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2022, at Carmel United Methodist Church, 621 South Rangeline Road. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service.
