Sonia Torres Jose passed away in the evening of November 1 at the age of 78.

She was preceded by her parents, Josefina and Alfredo, her brothers, Cesar and Albert, and her husband, Romulo.

She is survived by her brother and sister, Hector and Charitt, her three sons, Thomas, Brian, and Eric(Melissa), and her two granddaughters, Emma and Eliza.

Sonia was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. She honorably worked for over 30 years at IU Health Methodist Hospital as a lab technician.

She will be remembered for her quiet, but sweet demeanor, her admirable dedication to work and family, and her love of shoes and sweets.
