84, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on February 28, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Shirley was born on June 7, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Purvis and Jessie Wilson.  She was a graduate of George Washington High School.  She was a retired cashier for Arszman’s Market.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Mosby; sisters, Dorothy Combs and Wanda House and her parents.  She is survived by her children, James (Leann) Mosby, Debra (John) McCoy, Kathy Smith, Brenda (David) Hunter and Mary Mosby; grandchildren, Becky Hunter, Beth (Billy) Galbraith, Christina (Ben) McMillan, Amanda Smith, Cyndi Smith and Heather (Travis) Tubbs; great-grandchildren, Tommy Galbraith, Isaiah Smith, Isaac Smith, Jaymes Houston, Lily Smith, Emma Bowling, Kallie Tubbs and Austin Tubbs.  Visitation will be Thursday, March 4, 2021 from noon till 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Funeral service will be at 1 pm on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
