Sharon Jo Mccoy

Sharon Jo McCoy, 50, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on November 26, 2022.

She was born on August 28, 1972, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Larry Joe and Linda McCoy.

Sharon was a very happy and positive person and was described as “your biggest supporter”. She adored her grandchildren, loved shopping, and enjoyed going out to eat with her family.

She is survived by her three children- son, Brendan Tiernan, and two daughters- Christina (Marco) Rodriguez and Melissa Cole; her parents Linda and Joe; her sister Rachel; her two grandchildren Alexandrea and Ricardo, life-partner Doug Cole, two nieces and a nephew, and her kitty cat Pickles.

She was preceded in death by; her ex-husband Joe Tiernan, her uncle Steve (Petie) Mathews, her grandparents, and her cat Chloe

Funeral service will be held 1:30pm Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park, 9350 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229 with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery to follow. Visitation will take place from 12:30pm until time of service.
