Sharon E. Hodson

Sharon E. Hodson, age 70, of Westfield, passed away on Thursday March 6, 2025. Sharon was born on July 17, 1954 in Noblesville.

She graduated from Westfield High School and beauty school.

She married Robert Hodson on September 22,1978. Sharon was a Girl Scout troop leader and camp counselor for many years. Sharon was a successful business owner with her husband, Robert. Sharon ran a charity organization, Amanda Strong Food for the Needy, for many years. Sharon had an incredibly huge heart and wanted to help all those in need.

She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family anywhere that she could. She would always make sure you had food in your stomach and a smile on your face. She loved fishing with her friends and family at home and at the campground.

Sharon is survived by her sons, Gregory Cooper and John (Kim) Cooper; her grandchildren, Charles Cooper, Caitlyn Cooper, Lucas Hodson-Adamson, and Renezmae Hodson, and many more grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Tim (Shirley) Cooper; and many nieces and nephews.

Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her mother, Eula Cooper; and her siblings, Clara, Leonard, Terry, Roger, and Tracy.

Sharon’s final resting place will be with Robert at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery.
