Sergio Pacio, Falleció en Indianápolis IN, el día 25 de Febrero del 2021 a la edad de 57 años, después de una batalla de 2 meses contra el Covid-19.

A Sergio le sobreviven su compañera de vida, María Nicolasa Barrios. Sus hijos: Maribel (Pedro), Lucía (Jorge), Jacqueline (Ben), Omar y Gustavo de Indianápolis y Sergio de México. Sus seis nietos: Brandon Alexander, Anthony Justin, Jaden Calem, Eva Sophia, Naomi Marie y Olivia Nicole. Sus hermanas: Martha, Maura, Cristina, María Elena, Rosaura, Clara, y Rosario. Le anteceden en la muerte sus Padres, Juan y Soledad.

Sergio nació el 24 de agosto de 1963 en San Martín Tlamapa, Cholula, Puebla. Hijo de Juan Pacio y Soledad Ximil. Él sirvió en la caballería del Ejército Mexicano de 1985 a 1987. Decidió dejar su ciudad natal en México a los 36 años para perseguir el Sueño Americano. Primero estuvo en Nueva York y luego se mudó a Indiana. Sergio trabajó como conductor de montacargas en almacenes de distribución durante muchos años y luego se convirtió en un experto en la instalación de pisos.

Sergio era el alma de la fiesta, siempre dispuesto a un buen baile. Le gustaba mucho cantar karaoke, era gracioso, divertido y siempre estaba muy alegre. Su frase favorita era, “el show debe continuar.” Era un Padre y un Abuelo dulce y cariñoso. Era un gran amigo con un gran corazón que disfrutaba ayudar a los demás sin importar el día o la razón, él siempre estaba ahí cuando lo necesitaran. Sus Familiares y Amigos lo recordarán con una sonrisa en su rostro echándolo mucho de menos, y extrañándolo siempre.

Sergio Pacio passed away on February 25^th, 2021 at the age of 57 in Indianapolis, IN, following a 2-month battle with Covid-19.

Sergio is survived by his life partner, Maria Nicolasa Barrios; his children, Maribel (Pedro), Lucia (Jorge), Jacqueline (Ben), Omar and Gustavo of Indianapolis and Sergio of Mexico; his six grandchildren, Brandon Alexander, Anthony Justin, Jaden Calem, Eva Sophia, Naomi Marie, and Olivia Nicole; and his sisters, Martha, Maura, Cristina, Maria Elena, Rosaura, Clara, Rosario. He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Soledad.

Sergio was born on August 24th, 1963, in San Martin Tlamapa, Cholula, Puebla to Juan Pacio and Soledad Ximil. He served in the cavalry of the Mexican Army from 1985-1987. He decided to leave his hometown in Mexico to discover the American Dream at the age of 36. He first arrived in New York and later moved to Indiana. After moving to Indianapolis, he worked as a forklift driver in distribution warehouses for many years and later became an expert at installing flooring.

Sergio was the life of the party, always ready for a good dance. He loved to sing Karaoke and was always so happy and funny. His favorite phrase was, “the show must go on.” He was a sweet, loving father and grandfather. He was a great friend with a generous heart who enjoyed helping others no matter what or when they needed it. Family and friends will always remember him with a smile on his face, and he will be greatly missed.
