Ryan Douglas Stevens, 28, the youngest son of Julie Bullard and the late Mack Stevens, passed away October 5 in Chicago, Illinois.
He was born in Indianapolis, IN February 19, 1993.
Ryan is survived by his mother Julie, stepfather Doug Bullard and his big brother Michael Stevens.
Ryan is also survived by his beloved girlfriend Steph Bleichman, Chicago and their cherished dog, Jacques.
Also surviving are stepbrother Daniel Bullard (Linda) and stepsisters, Celena and Sylvia Bullard.
Ryan was deeply loved and will be missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
Ryan had a great Indiana University experience where he sealed amazing friendships, was a cheerleader for IU sports and also participated in competitive cheering. In 2015 he graduated from Kelley School of Business with degrees in economics and finance. He loved learning and was currently working towards his MBA; University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign.
He lived life big and with gusto.
And he enjoyed gifting loved ones with “amazing memories”.
He enjoyed participating in and watching sports of all kinds.
Adventurous travel was a favorite past time and Ryan had visited Ireland, Switzerland, Thailand, Paris, Italy, Germany, Puerto Rico, Mexico and more.
Because of Ryan’s faith in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and the certainty of Heaven, we look forward to seeing him again. He was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Indianapolis.
A visitation will take place at Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, on Friday, October 15 from 4pm to 8pm. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, October 16 from 11am to 12pm, with a funeral service to follow at 12pm.
A private graveside service will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ryan Stevens’ memory to Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity 3135 N. Meridian St. Indianapolis, IN 46208.
