Upon retirement, both Ruth and Harry worked five days a week at Lowes because they missed being in the work force.
Ruth was always known for her feisty nature and spunky attitude. It was her way or the highway and everyone who knew her adored her for that. It always kept her young at heart. She had a kind heart and always made those around her smile. Whatever Ruth was doing her beloved poodle Jockey was by her side keeping her company and making sure she always had plenty of kisses!
Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry Ritter, Jr.; parents, Earl and Elizabeth Hoffman; sisters, Lois Becker, Janet Hoffman and Jean Spreckleson; and brothers, Larry, Maurice and Ken Hoffman.
