Ruth Lucas

101, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on November 14, 2021 in Muncie, Indiana.  Ruth was born on June 7, 1920 in Dubois, Indiana to the late Martin and Elizabeth Hemmerlein.  She was a 1939 graduate of Dubois High School.  She had been a beautician for many years.  She was a member of Morris Street Free Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Merrill Lucas; stepbrother, Oscar Neukam and her parents.  She is survived by her daughter, Pam (Don) Reinbold; grandchildren, Brett (Amanda) Reinbold and James (Stephanie) Reinbold and four great-grandchildren, Cameron, Colton, Zach and Colton Max.  Service will be Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 1 pm with visitation from noon at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.  The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Morrison Woods Legacy and Southern Care Hospice for their loving care given to mom.
