Roy Robinson

Roy Robinson, 70, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away February 17, 2022. He was born on September 19, 1951 to the late William Frank and Fanny Robinson in Sandgap, Kentucky.

He attended school in Kentucky but later came to Indianapolis where he pursued a career in Roofing. He worked for John Peters Roofing for over twenty years. Roy was a family man and dedicated much of his time to being with those he loved. He was an avid Colts fan and was known to keep his collectables in impeccable condition.

Roy is survived by his beloved daughter, Cassie Lynn Robinson, Michelle Lee Corkhill; stepdaughter, Christina Jo Zimmerman; brothers, Dennis Robinson, Ned Robinson, and Charlie Robinson; and sister, Carol Harrison.

He is preceded in passing by his brothers Mark Robinson, Bob Robinson, and Colonel Robinson; and sister, Sarah Mullins.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the family in order to assist with services.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 11-2PM with funeral services to begin at 2PM all to be held at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
