Roxanne was born on November 5, 1959, in Eau Claire, WI. She graduated from Memorial High School and went on to study Spanish in Mexico City where she created lasting memories. Roxanne was a talented baker; she turned her talent into a career making delicious desserts and treats. She was a member of Cornerstone Lutheran Church, which opened the door for Roxanne to use her love of dogs to give back to the community. She worked with the K-9 Comfort Dog Ministry where she volunteered her time as a handler bringing Magdalene, a golden retriever, to schools, nursing homes, and hospitals to interact with children, patients, and residents.
Roxanne loved to laugh, and her joy was infectious. She welcomed spring each year because it allowed her to get her hands dirty in the garden. She loved being outside, especially sitting by her firepit. Roxanne enjoyed art fairs and found delight in one of kind creations often buying them to display in her gardens.
