Ronald N. Ore

Ronald N. Ore, 82 of Fishers, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017. Ron was born September 19, 1934 in Jacksonville, IL to the late Norman E. Ore and Myra Mansfield Maedge. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Marine Corps.

Ron worked as a financial business manager for Clark Equipment for 30 years and Vice President of Financing for Nissan Fork Lift for 7 years before retiring in 2002. He was a member of Christ the Savior Lutheran Church in Fishers. Ron was an avid Cubs fan; the first television program he ever saw was a Cubs game, and well, 2016 was a good year too.

Friends and family are invited to gather from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm Sunday, July 16 at Flanner and Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Conner Suite, where the funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm.

Ron is survived by his wife, Sylvia; children, Ryan Norman (wife, Krysten) Ore, Terri Lynn (husband, David) Dillon and Kathleen Patricia (husband, John) Dugger; grandchildren, David, Melissa, Cara, Bruce and Althea; great granddaughter, Brooke. He was preceded in death by his son, Ronald “Chip” Ore.
