Ronald Eugene Evans

Ron (Ronnie/Ronald) Evans, Indianapolis Indiana, age 73 deceased in his home on November 29, 2022. He was born August 13, 1949, in Indianapolis, IN to the late Russell and Doris (Earnest) Evans. He is survived by his children of Denise (Bob) Lewis, Darren Evans, Jennifer Miller, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Larry Evans and his son Shawn Evans.

Ron attended Indiana School for the Deaf and graduated in 1967. He loved to socialize with a lot of his friends especially Harley Davison (Deaf Motorcycle club) He was a patron of the Greater Indianapolis Deaf Club. He worked for FedEx for many years. He enjoyed working another side job on his off time to meet new faces.

Ron wanted us to remember who he was to all of you.  His wish not to have any memorial service. Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township is honored to be in charge of these arrangements. Ron’s wishes were to be cremated and those wishes are being honored. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Greater Indianapolis Deaf Club or Parent Teacher Counselor Organization (PTCO) specifically for the Deaf Motorcycle Club at Indiana School for the Deaf.
