Roger Evan Orton

Roger Evan Orton 66 of Indianapolis passed away on January 26, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Roger was born on March 26, 1953, in New Richmond, Wisconsin to the late Vernon Orton and Irene (Morkid) Orton. On August 19, 2000 he married Lucinda Matrau. Roger was a 1971 graduate of Shortridge High School. He leaves behind to cherish his memory wife, Lucinda Orton; 2 daughters, Rita (Lloyd) Edwards and Monica (Brian) Lego; seven grandchildren, Steven Lego, Erin Singh, Sara (Ryan) Mann, Alyssa Lego, Rachel (Caleb) Cooper, Paul Edwards and Monica Jackson; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, John (Tonya) Orton and David Orton; sister, Nora VeLarde; 2 nieces, Sylvia (Bill) Allen and Cindy (Randy) Phipps; 1 nephew, John (Denise) VeLarde; 2 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews. Roger will be missed by all who knew him.
