Robin Reid Spicklemire

Robin Reid Spicklemire, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away at home on Saturday, October 27, 2018.

She was born in Lafayette, TN to the late Gilmore and Annette (Pitchford) Reid.  At a young age, Robin relocated to Indianapolis, where she attended Northwest High School.  After living for a period of time in California, she moved back to Indianapolis to be closer to her family.  She married Eric Spicklemire in 2010 and together they owned and operated Spicklemire Photography.  Robin loved listening to all music and enjoyed trips to Chicago.  Her most memorable vacation was a trip to Hawaii, where she and Eric enjoyed a stay on the island of Kaua’i.  Robin was a devoted friend and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Eric Spicklemire; step-daughter, Anne Spicklemire; nephew, Shane Turman; and many cherished friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Amber Bailey; and many extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 4-8pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East.  Funeral services will take place on Friday at 12pm, also at the funeral home, with additional visitation 1 hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.  Friends are invited to leave online condolences for the family at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
