Roberta Joan Bergman

Roberta Joan Bergman, 88, of Connersville (previously of Indianapolis), passed away January 8, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

Roberta was born June 3, 1930 in Holton, IN to the late James and Lucinda Burton. She attended college in Indianapolis where she met her late husband Orville Bergman. She was a member of Western Avenue Baptist Church in Connersville.

She is survived by her children Kurt Bergman (Lori), Marc Bergman, Kyle Bergman, and Carmen Pigram (Tom); grandchildren Janice Bergman, Neva Paul (Jason), Dena Schaech (Jeff), Jacob Bergman (Misty), Jennifer Unverzagt (Steven), Sarah Walker (Justin), Heather Pigram, Justin Pigram (Brionna), and Ashley Pigram, as well as numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 11 from 4 to 8 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 12 at 1 PM in the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
