Robert Richardson

Robert Richardson, 88 of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday April 3, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was born on October 12, 1932 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Edward and Maude Richardson. Robert was a machine operator who loved to work with his hands. He was an avid collector of all things, frequenting yard sales whenever he could.

Robert is survived by his children, Bonnie (Ronnie) Harper, Debbie Thompson, William (Velma) Richardson, Elroy (Patsy) Richardson, and Frank (Crystal) Richardson; fifteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and sister, Doris. He is preceded in passing by his wife, Patricia Richardson; and son, Robert “Bobby” Richardson.

Friends and family are invited to gather beginning at 10:00 am on Saturday April 10, 2021 at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East (10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229), where a funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
