Bob owned many boats over the years, none more special that his wooden Chris-Craft boats, which he purchased and restored. This interest in boats also led him to buying a marina, which he operated for several years.
Bob was very involved in several organizations, including The Scottish Rite, The Shriners, The American Legion, Sertoma, and his local VFW. He was also voted the Best Dressed Businessman in Indiana during the 60’s.
